  I contracted with Jason Moulder to install carpet through out a 3,000 sq ft rental property. I contacted him 2 weeks prior to installation to reschedule to a later date. The week prior to our agreed date I called him company to confirm. For 2 days no one answered the phone, finally on the 3rd day I got through and was told I would be contacted later that day. On Friday of that week I again called and finally talked to Mr Moulder who told me he was sorry but they would not be able to do my job.
  Understandably I was angry and expressed that to Mr. Moulder in a professional manner. At that time he yelled at me and asserted repeatedly that it was my fault because I had previously rescheduled, he talked over me, refused to help me in any way and then hung up on me. I called him back and he refused to accept responsibility. Never have I been treated in such an unprofessional, unintelligent manner.
  The building in which this carpet is being installed requires worker's compensation which is why I employed Superior Flooring and Mr. Moulder. I will now lose substantial rental income due to this delay.
  Be aware that this company does not follow normal business practices and their word and commitment are meaningless. To call me on the last business day before a commercial installation is simply not acceptable. To fail to meet a business commitment, to insist that it was my fault, to yell, talk over me and hang up on me reflects the character of this man and of this business.
